Tumba Coleccionables Brings Spanish-Language Card Breaking to the Forefront of the U.S. Hobby Market
New platform from Tombstone Collectibles targets the fastest-growing underserved audience in the trading card industry
Las Vegas, NV / Miami, FL — [3/29/2026] — Tumba Coleccionables officially launches today as the first dedicated Spanish-language card breaking and collectibles platform built by an established operator in the U.S. hobby market. A sister brand to Tombstone Collectibles and Tombstone Rips — one of the largest card breaking operations in the country — Tumba was designed from the ground up to serve Spanish-speaking collectors who have long engaged with the hobby in a language that wasn’t their own.
The platform will stream live card breaks in Spanish on eBay Live, offering premium trading card products spanning sports, TCG, and exclusive repack offerings. Content will center on Latin American players, leagues, and hobby stories, with planned expansion into Mexico and Latin America through partnerships and retail opportunities.
“Spanish-speaking collectors have had to work twice as hard just to participate — navigating streams, products, and communities that were never built with them in mind. Tumba changes that. This is a platform where the language, the culture, and the energy are built for them from day one — not bolted on.
Tumba isn’t a translation of what we’ve already built — it’s a completely intentional experience for a community that has been underserved in the hobby for far too long.”
— Gavin Hoover, Co-Founder, Tombstone Collectibles
The launch reflects both a cultural commitment and a calculated market move. For Spanish-speaking collectors, the barriers have been real: live streams conducted entirely in English, product descriptions that don’t translate, and a community infrastructure that assumes fluency. The U.S. Latino population represents one of the fastest-growing consumer demographics in the country, yet Spanish-first content remains virtually absent from the card breaking space. Tumba enters that gap with the operational infrastructure, platform relationships, and breaking expertise of an already-established brand behind it.
Anchoring that strategy is Tombstone’s retail presence in Miami — one of the most vibrant Latin American cultural hubs in the United States. With a collector community deeply connected to Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Caribbean baseball traditions, Miami serves as a natural home base for Tumba’s in-person experience and a gateway to the broader Latin American market. The Miami location will host Spanish-language breaking events, community activations, and serve as a flagship touchpoint for collectors who want to engage with the hobby on their own terms.
The name itself carries meaning: tumba — rooted in the idea of discovery, of unearthing what’s buried — captures the anticipation that defines the hobby for every collector who has ever cracked a pack.
“Aquí es donde se descubren las leyendas.”
(This is where legends are discovered.)
Tumba Coleccionables operates under the Tombstone umbrella while maintaining its own distinct identity. Follow along on Instagram at @Tumba_hobby and across platforms as @TumbaColeccionables.
