Book a private card-ripping party for your birthday kid. The Host must be 18 or older and is responsible for the party, its guests, and payment. Your date is held once we receive this signed agreement and your 50% deposit.

Who keeps the cards

We'll send your quote with pricing, including any pre-purchased product, and 7% sales tax (6% Florida + 1% Miami-Dade County). A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date; the balance is due on the party date. Please don't enter card numbers here. We collect payment in store or by phone.

Party terms

Open each section, read it, and add your initials. All sections must be initialed before you can sign.

Card breaking and ripping rulesInitials needed
  1. How product is bought. Silver, Gold and Diamond parties pre-purchase select sealed product at 20% off. Basic parties buy product on demand at the party at regular price. Children don't buy break spots or random team slots.
  2. 20% discount limits. The Silver, Gold and Diamond 20% discount applies only to sealed product Tombstone designates as party-eligible, and only while supplies last. Tombstone decides which products are eligible and may exclude any product at its sole discretion, including high-end, limited, and allocated releases (for example, Flawless, National Treasures, and similar products). Discounted product must be opened at the party, can't be combined with other discounts or offers, and doesn't apply to singles, slabs, supplies, or pre-sale product. We confirm eligible products and quantities when your deposit is paid.
  3. No guaranteed hits. Sealed product is random. We make no promise about what any pack or box contains, its value, or condition. Opened product can't be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  4. Trades between children are between those families. We don't approve, value, or reverse trades.
  5. Blades and tools. Only Tombstone staff open boxes or use cutting tools. Kids may open packs by hand.
  6. Store inventory is off-limits. Guests may not handle display cases, singles, or inventory outside the party area without staff help, and are responsible for damage to merchandise they handle.
  7. After the party, we're not responsible for cards that are lost, damaged, or left behind. Items left behind are held for 14 days.
Food and drinksInitials needed
  1. The Host provides all food and drinks, and all food and drinks stay inside the designated party area. Staff may pause the rip until food is cleared from the card area.
  2. Kids should clean their hands before handling cards. We recommend eating before or after the rip.
  3. Allergies are the Host's responsibility. Tombstone doesn't prepare, inspect, or serve food and doesn't know its ingredients.
  4. The Host brings plates, napkins, utensils, cake knife, lighter, and serving items. Only staff-approved warming devices may be plugged in.
  5. No alcohol at children's parties.
  6. The Host removes leftover food and bags trash before leaving. A $100 cleanup fee applies if the area needs more than normal cleaning.
Supervision, conduct and decorationsInitials needed
  1. At least one adult for every 8 children must be in the party area at all times.
  2. Children stay in the party area until picked up by their parent or an adult their parent named. Staff will not release a child to anyone.
  3. A parent or guardian of each child should sign the separate Guest Participant Waiver before the child participates.
  4. We may ask any guest who is disruptive, unsafe, or damaging property to leave. No refund for time lost to conduct issues.
  5. Balloons, table covers and banners are welcome. Not allowed: confetti, glitter, silly string, piñatas, smoke or fog, open flames other than birthday candles, and tape, nails or tacks on walls or fixtures.
  6. The Host is responsible for damage to our premises, equipment, or merchandise caused by the Host or guests.
  7. We're not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, gifts, or cards.
  8. Tombstone employees are not trained in first aid or CPR and do not provide medical care. In an emergency, staff will call 911; the Host or the child's parent is responsible for the child until help arrives.
Payment, cancellation and weatherInitials needed
  1. Final guest count is due 7 days before the party. It may go up if product is available but may not go down more than 15%. You pay for the guaranteed count or the number who attend, whichever is higher.
  2. Cancel or reschedule more than 14 days before: the full deposit applies to a new date. 14 days or less: 50% of the deposit applies; the other 50% is a rescheduling fee. With no new date, the deposit is kept. New dates must be within 12 months and of equal or greater value. Product already opened or specially ordered isn't refundable.
  3. The party ends at the scheduled time even if the Host or guests arrive late. Setup access begins 30 minutes before start.
  4. If a hurricane or tropical storm watch or warning covers Miami-Dade County, a government order closes businesses, or we close for safety, the party is rescheduled with the full deposit applied. If no date works within 12 months, we refund the deposit.
  5. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to power outage, fire, flood, government order, or other events outside its reasonable control.
  6. A $20 fee applies to returned payments. Please contact us before disputing any charge with your card issuer.
Assumption of risk and releaseInitials needed
  1. Risks include paper cuts, slips and trips, allergic reactions to food the Host provides, and injuries from other guests' conduct.
  2. The Host, for the Host and the Host's child, releases Tombstone Collectibles, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from claims for injury or property damage arising from the inherent risks of attending the party, except claims caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  3. The Host is responsible for claims by the Host's guests arising from the Host's food, decorations, supervision, or conduct, and will reimburse Tombstone for reasonable costs from those claims.
  4. This Agreement is governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in Miami-Dade County, Florida. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
NOTICE TO THE MINOR CHILD'S NATURAL GUARDIAN (Fla. Stat. § 744.301(3)) READ THIS FORM COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO LET YOUR MINOR CHILD ENGAGE IN A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. YOU ARE AGREEING THAT, EVEN IF TOMBSTONE COLLECTIBLES, LLC USES REASONABLE CARE IN PROVIDING THIS ACTIVITY, THERE IS A CHANCE YOUR CHILD MAY BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY BECAUSE THERE ARE CERTAIN DANGERS INHERENT IN THE ACTIVITY WHICH CANNOT BE AVOIDED OR ELIMINATED. BY SIGNING THIS FORM YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR CHILD'S RIGHT AND YOUR RIGHT TO RECOVER FROM TOMBSTONE COLLECTIBLES, LLC IN A LAWSUIT FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, TO YOUR CHILD OR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM THE RISKS THAT ARE A NATURAL PART OF THE ACTIVITY. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SIGN THIS FORM, AND TOMBSTONE COLLECTIBLES, LLC HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO LET YOUR CHILD PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT SIGN THIS FORM.
